i got a tatkal ticket done for Mumbai from the irctc Palam station in waiting having PNR 2453245059 costing Rs. 5790, which remained in waiting only and thereby i could not travel, and then when i went for cancellation of tickets to avail the amount, i was denied saying that these tickets cannot be cancelled, as ticket has to be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of journey, which has not been mentioned on ticket anywhere and was neither mentioned on station anywhere, and if the same tickets would have been done the amount is refunded back automatically, but here I am not being paid the amount at all.

i want the money on tickets back that is amount of Rs.5790 and treatment of e tickets and tickets done from ticket window to be same, that is the amount to be refundable on tickets that remained in waiting
