I Booked a Tatkal Ticket from IRCTC Website From H Nizamuddin to Nagpur for the Train Gondawana Exp(12410) I solemnly condemn to you that the coach(S8-58, doj-02/04/2015,pnr no-2746519574,train no-12410) provided to me was not at all a reservation coach,least it was a general coach with huge accommodation of passenger.Departmental officers informed that it will be changed at Mathura,but neither it was done.

It was just harassment done yo me.and it was too painful journey that i had to beard that day.it was just physical as well as mental problem as whole my journey was just a trouble to me faced due to poor management of Indian Railway. I got my treatment done after journey a severe pain in my back shoulder for that i had to pay 5000 which i want to be refunded to me as it was totally your fault along with my ticket fare which is Rs 677.47(exclusive general fare) so total claim is for Rs 5677.47.
