This is to bring to your notice that 2 AVM machines located at the ticket booking office west are inoperative for last 2 months. In spite of complaining to Station Master several time no action has been taken . Some or other excuse given by authorities.
Machine to be made fictional at earliest. I am regular traveler by Railway using AVM machine with help of smart card.This may passed on to the respective dept for corrective action to avoid inconvenience to passengers at earliest.
Hope this system brings us relief.
