Sir, With due respect, I want to say that I was travelling from Barauni Jn to New Delhi by Dibrugarh Rajdhani Train no. 12423 on dated 30 Nov 2013.My PNR Number was 612 3717277 This train arrived New Delhi on 01 Dec 2013. I want to say that between the night of 30 Nov 2013 & 01 Dec 2013, the AC cooling was excessive. I complained to attendant to increase the temperature at ambient level. As per attendant, he has communicated to concern personnel, who maintains the AC operations. Very sadly, I am complaining to you that AC temperature not corrected after repeated request inside the train. In the morning, AC operations staff has been called by me. I complained again but he has not given satisfactory answer. Due to this AC low temperature in the compartment most of the passenger become sick (You can contact to Passenger birth no. A3-42, A3-37,A3-38). In my family me, my wife & my child who were travelling alongwith me also become sick due to abovementioned problem. It is requested to you to take strong action in this regard so that consumers (passengers) should not suffer in future. Looking forward to appropriate action as per Consumer Protection Act.

Appropriate fast action as per Consumer Protection Act 1986 and its amendment.
