My name is TAJ MOHAMMED from Hyderabad. I did a online shopping of Shirt for Ramazan Eid from YEPME.com on 30th July, 2013. As per their confirmation the item I purchased was about receive by 4-6 business days to my mentioned address in Hyderabad. But till date I haven’t received my product even after 10-15 business days. I called twice to YEPME customer care 0120-4851250 & complained about this. But they said that the product has been already dispatched the next day itself & will be delivered within 2 working days. Again I called them after 3 days still the answer was the same. So I found the contact no. of Indiaontime Express Pvt Ltd. courier service Hyderabad office & called them on 7th or 8th August as Eid was on 9th August,2013. They told that the product has already been shipped to their Hyderabad office on 2nd August, 2013 & will be delivered on next day morning i.e on the day of Ramazan Eid. But I didn’t received. Again I called them after 2 days still the same answer that it’ll get delivered by morning. Again same thing I didn’t received. So again I called them on 14th August,2013 still same answer will receive on by 10am. On 16th August,2013 evening around 5pm I got a call from courier boy that he lost the direction of my address & will be delivering on next day morning. So I don’t have any hope that he’ll be delivering or not. Even if he delivers I am not going to sign on their Received form. This not the first time. There are many complaints from many users who faced same late delivery problem. If this courier service is not willing to delivery my product just try to refund my money back with my phone call charges that I had to call 6-7 times both YEPME & Indiaontime Express Pvt. Ltd courier. If at all my product gets delivered still I need my call charges back that I did 6-7 times. Also try to Shutdown this courier service or take any serious action who is not able to deliver it on time. And also suggest YEPME.com to use any other alternative courier services which is better than this. I think government’s INDIAPOST is better than this courier service.
