i have ordered one “HTC M8 GUNMETAL GREY” phone on 08/12/2014 “order number- 3003967037” on shopping.indiatimes.com which was expected to be delivered on 15/12/2014.For which i have not received any email regarding the bill and shipment/waybill number or dispatch detail of my product, In such regard i have filed a case on above mentioned site (case id: 1682784) where i have been told that i will assist in 24 to 48 hours but till today nether i have received any telephonic call or e mail on my registered e mail address. and this site still showing that my order is still in process. I have brought such phone using my credit card through EMI option and i have received a call and message from my bank regarding the successful payment to A2Z shopping limited (shopping.indiatimes.com) My bank also booked 1st EMI and interest thereon for payment.
