Indiatimes Delivery of Damaged Products

Name of Online Shopping Site: Indiatimes Shopping Order No. 3001628129, Item Id – 02, Date: 04/11/12 Complaint ID – 497055 Date – 07/11/2012 I had ordered New Sprout Maker on 04th Nov 2012 vide order No. 3001628129, Item ID -02. The same was delivered on 7th Nov 2012. After opening the pack, it was found that Item was damaged and I immediately lodged compliant on 7th Nov itself vide case ref. no. 497055 and it was advsied online that case will be resolved latest by 30/11/2012. However, I did not get any revert from them afterwards. Then I called their Customer service No. on 11.11.2012 and then it was advised that I should sent photos of the damaged item, which I did by sending the photos by email. Then I confirmed with them having received the photos on phone. They have also confirmed they will replace the item. However, they never reverted. I only keep on calling them and sending mails but no revert from their end. On phone they are only telling that the item will soon be picked up and then replacement item will be sent. I request you to take up the matter with the compnay and now get my money refunded to me and if possible penalise them for their irresponsible behaviour and delay.

I want refund of money from Indiatimes Shopping which I paid for the damaged product and some penalty on them so that they refrain from these activity in future
