Hello Sir, I have purchased impact drill and smart tool kit from Indiatimes shopping by looking at the paper ad. As I have purchased for domestic use , did not open and use for long time. When I used today drill machine got burnt ants hammer got broken in to pieces. None of the instruments provided were of quality inspected.

When called customer care , they did not even bothered to take complaint. As the instruments were of bad quality this would resulted in to disaster while working with the tools. Hope appropriate action will be taken against such bad quality online goods reaching customers.
