Hi, I have purchased B920272 – Whirlpool Ace 80I 8 Kg Semi Automatic Washing Machine (1) on 5th of Nov2013 payed by credit cars. Order No. 3002795797 and delivery date 25/11/2013 but still not receive my product, i all ready register complaint in customer care Case Id. 1178620 but still did not get satisfactory response from them, please help to get my product and also please let me know how they can be penalize for delaying delivery without any information. They did not inform me about delay. when ever i called customer care they told we do not have update from vendor. Thanks

Once thy receive payment they should have soul responsiblity so deliver my product with the offer they given to me and also for delay they should pay penalty.
