Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked some products online on shopping.indiatimes.com & still I have not delivered the products. The product should be delivered on or before 20thJuly2013. Order ID is – 3002502344. For Last 4-5 days, I am getting call from the concern department and assuring the product will be delivered on same day, but still not received. Every time company is giving reason that “Product is stuck in Courier”. I have requested them to cancel the order if you are not able to deliver it in time, their reply is quite rude and told me that this order can’t be cancelled as it’s already out for delivery. When I have checked on Overnite Express courier web site, it’s showing out for delivery on Thursday (18th July 2013). AWB no – 7068579464. Kind request to take strict action against shopping.indiatimes.com and fine them with huge amount so that they will learn some good lesson from it. Regards, Vinayak Thakar
Product should be deived urgently and Indiatimes shopping should be fined for their mistakes. Also need compansation from them.
