Ordered something from Indiatimes shopping online and made payment with net banking, the amount was deducted from my account and was not credited to the indiatimes system. The amount was received by indiatimes which was confirmed by them. The order was not processed and they said we will refund the amount which is still awaited and the details are also not clear so that i can do anything. I made the payment on 1st Dec, 2013 and the issue is still pending from their side, every time they are mailing that we will get back to you but no use.

I want my refund of the total amount.
