I had placed Order No: 3002800076 for Product Delight Millenium Stainless Steel 24-Pc Cultery Set in the month of August 2013. The same item was delivered in the month of August, however the product was substandard and not as shown. Thus I had requested for refund of the order value of Rs.455/-. The customer support conveyed the product will be reverse picked and the refund request will be processed. Finally after 3 months the reverse product was arranged in the month of November and the refund request was intiated. From then will now refund has not been received and every week some new story is being told by Indiatimes shopping.

the refund may be processed and the compensation @ Rs 10000/- per month for the delay may be approved
