The product was recieved on 02/12/2013 but indiatimesdelivered a wrong product. It was a lucy secret red short nighty that I ordered . But instead indiatimes have delivered a black lucy secret long nighty which is not acceptable. When I contacted them on the same day, they told me via email that ‘After confirmation from merchant, the product will be picked up from your house’. But now they are refusing to do it and asking me to deliver back the product to their warehouse.Since the fault is from their side, they have delivered the wrong product, they should be the one to collect the product back and deliver the right one. I being a customer do not have much time to work for their mistakes

I want the product to be taken back from my house and deliver the exact prooduct which I ordered. Else if they cant deliver the exact product, they should take it back and return the money to me.
