I purchased a Canon Camera through online site of Indiatimes Shopping having registered office at:- Indiatimes Shopping C/o a2zShopping Limited Top Floor, 10, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002, India. Vide my Order No.3001656192 dt.10/11/12 Camera was delivered to me but the invoice of camera was not sent to me till date inspite of my regular follow up with the customer care of Site vide complaint ID no.531375. Since more than one month has passed but I could not get the invoice of camera which is necessary for availing manufacturers’warranty of the product. Pl. look into the matter and help me to get the relief.
