I purchased a lenovo mobile from shopping. indiatimes. com on 8th April 2014, after purchase I registered a complain that – 1. Motion sensor is very – very slow 2. Internal memory is 2 GB it should be 4 GB as per lenovo official site. 3. Mobile hanging etc As per shopping rule they have mentioned if you are getting any issue withing a week they will replace/refund but they told me to get DOA certificate from service center but they are not providing. They have changed motherboard two times but still I’m facing same issue, Now primary camera also not working. I want to refund this mobile. I’ve attached a pdf where I had communicate with lenovo customer care.
I demand Refund my money, Pay for mental frustration. 4-5 times I submitted and taken this mobile from service center I want to pay for that time wast and money wast.
