Case ID 1299292.I Had Purchased an Mobile by this site & a Defective Mobile was Received & as per Telephonic Discussion with Xolo Care & India Times, I opt Replacement & as demamnd I send Mobile with DOA Cert.-310000281646 as demand.I had sended DOC Cert. by mail & sended in Original & mobile after confirmation of India times after 2 Days,but now they says they Creating New Issues & they had not replace/refund now after paying money I having Facing problem by Mental,ecnomical & Physical.

Compansation based on above mentioned harasment faced by me and a lesson to Indiatimes & Xolo Care so that they never harrase any body else.
