Indiatimes Shopping – Not refund of money against delivery of damaged product.

I had placed a prepaid(by Credit Card) purchase order for some product vied order no-3002645492 on 2nd Sep’13. But when I received the product its found defective. Immediately I call to the customer care no & logged a complain (Complain no-1075319) for cancellation. I also send the defective product to the concern address as they direct & they also confirm about the received of faulty one. But after 4 months (approx) they didn’t refund the money. I had make call several times to the customer care but they didn’t respond positively.

Want to refund the money (512+200+125)=837 in credit card or by MO.
