Hi, This is regarding the order no.Order No: 3003911927, from Indiatimes Shopping website. I ordered this product on Nov 28, 2014, 12:54 AM and was informed that this item will be delivered by Expected Delivery Date: Dec 04, 2014 , but still the item not been delivered , contacted them over the phone as well, they created case Id after that no follow up, was trying to reach them by every available medium even facebook, no body seems to be interested to listen to me. I paid through 3 Month EMI from my Credit card and the Interest is already been charged and can not be refunded. therefore i am not asking them to cancel the order, but they are taking it for granted and no one is replying to my mails and queries. Therefore i need your intervention to help me out from this fraudster.

As mentioned in the complain , I paid through Credit card EMI and the Interest changed is of non-refundable nature, and now even i am scared that if i cancel the order they wont pay the money back. I am at a loss of 3094 INR.

I want my product, worst case the Money with interest charged from bank.
