I order a Jacket from Indiatimes and when I received it I found it is bigger and not same as shown on the site , so I cancelled my order on the next day so after 2,3 days pickup boy came and took the jacket back after 12 days they cancelled my order on 14 February and according to their site refund will generate after cancellation now after 10 working days of cancellation I still not received the refund and when I call the customer care every time they say that wait for 2-3 working days and they have not generated my refund still please help me.and one more thing whenever I asked them that let me speak to your senior they hold my line and than they say that no senior is available

I want my refund as soon as possible as I am a student and I belong to a middle class family
