I bought three product pnline from shopping.indiatimes.com on 29th May 2013 under Order ID 3002366335 which was supposed to deliver by overnite courier by 5th June 2013. When I checked the AWB no mentioned there in Order history is wrong and not recognised by courier site. I called three time between 5th June to 10th June to customer care and every time I was assured for resolution within one day. I open a complain case (Case Id:900921) online which was supposed to be resolved by 14th June. This is still open as well. I escalated this operation head via mail on 12th June and got a reply on 13th June that they will resolve this ASAP. but again they stopped acting / responding to my mail.
Need this product to be delivered / refund with penalty on this organization so that they don’t repeat this act.
