I attempted to book a air-ticket on 21st Nov 2013 with the following details: name- Marsha Parmar Bangalore to Delhi (round trip) Date of journey : 27/12/13—–02/01/14 Amount deducted: 12870 Rs/- Date of booking: 20/11/13 (12:45pm around ) or 21/11/13 (00:15 pm around) Transaction ID : MSBI3170740230IG00925503. I did not receive a ticket. And till date I have not been refunded despite repeated phone/e-mail request.

Rs.50,000 for paying the increased price of my laptop purchase.
