I regret to inform you that I have been charged Rs500.00 extra for excess baggage by the crew member for the hand bag which can easily carried inside the Indigo Airlines flight. As I was traveling first time by flight it wasn’t known to me, the crew member would have inform me about the rules but unfortunately he did not. I already register my complain to the crew member in Hyderabad who check the boarding pass before boarding the flight, she told me to talk to someone in kolkata airport regarding this issue. I went to the customer service reception in kolkata and explained everything in details, the concerns person provide me the email ID and told me write mail along with the scan copy of receipt and boarding pass which I did but they refuse to refund the money. It was the to way flight I carried the same bag back to Hyderabad from Kolkata however this time the Kolkata and I carried the same bag it into flight.
