Sir I have confirmed my tickets as Mr Nemichand jain ( IndiGo PNR is O9C8FD- 6E 104 25Jul BLRPNQ 2000/2120 and 6E 103 27Jul PNQBLR 2150/2315) wants to pre pone or postpone my journey to either one week before or after due to some emergency work I have on that schedule journey date. I have spoken to the Indigo concerned person , they are not ready to agree on this.They want me to cancel & rebook new tickets..If they can’t postpone just cancel my tickets & get me full amount paid.. They say you have cancel & again book new tickets.So I kindly request you to co-operate & oblige. As I have been a regular Indigo customer , hope will get a positive reply from you..
