Indigo Airlines – refund my amount customer care poor service

I had booked flight ticket Kolkata to Chennai on Nov 21,2013 for travel date Nov 25,2013 Flight no.6E291, Booking reference :KCDSXX through Indigo Airlines Website. I paid Rs. 10,833 through my ICICI Bank but the status of booking was showing ” DECLINED” so I again paid Rs. 10,833. Even after this status was showing declined. I called customer care executive and sent email several times requesting them to issue firm flight ticket and refund balance Rs. 10,833. Inspite of several requests I have not received refund till date. The ticket was also not issued. I had to purchase fresh ticket at Indigo’s Kolkata Airport counter. So I requested Airline to refund Rs. 10,833 + Rs. 10,833. As a proof of payment, i have mailed my bank statement to Indigo Airlines couple of times. I have till date not received refund against my several requests.

Refund of Rs.21,666 + Rs 200 bank charges + Rs. 300 ( approx ) towards phone call charges and penalty of Rs 5 Lakhs towards misue of my fund & harassement or penalty decided by consumer court.
