I have purchased a new sim 4days back and my retailer named as ATLAST MOMENT(mira road) told me that i’ll get 150 free sms for 1st month after sending 2 sms to any local airtel user which was fake information.Till that things were bearable but wen i called customer care executives for activation of my internet settings on my nokia handset it took them 5days but till date i didn’t recive any kind of internet services from them. on top of that when i tried calling customer care one executive named ATHIKESH was so much in hurry that when i was asking about some solution on the same problem he interrupted me in between and started giving me his closing greeting when i interrupted between his closing greeting and ask him to give me a proper solution for that he ask me to call back again after some times because he wants to attend other customer as well.This is not the only Specimen there are more in Airtel like him namely Chirag, Kapil,Rahul,Chitiranjan Patil And more 8 People whose name i dont remember. One of the executive ask me not to call the customer care centre again and again for the same reason which was so pathetic & dissapointing.This is not Over after that i had a word with the concerend person who gave me internet setting manually but even that was incorrect so this means that the customer care executives working in AIRTEL has no knowlege about the AIRTEL. IT IS A KIND NOTICE YTO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL OR ITS CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE.THEY DONT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN SOLVING CUSTOMERS QUERY INSPITE OF REAPETEDLY GIVING THEM COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTION ON THIS I TOOK THIS STEP AS THERE IS STILL NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL. HOPING A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
