I ordered for an iPad cover worth Rs393. I paid Rs250 through gift coupon and got Rs18 as promotional discount. I opted for cash on deliver and needed to pay Rs125 on delivery. The courier people demanded that I needed to pay Rs393 although the retail invoice clearly said the Cash On Delivery collect amount is Rs125, in bold letters. I showed them the online order, invoice, called up infibeam customer care but the delivery guys did not budge. I had to return my product and was told to wait for 72 hours to get this issue resolved.

I had to argue with the delivery guys for 45 mins and make an STD call to infibeam call centre which is an overhead cost for make some senseless people understand plain English. This is waste of my time and money.

I need this product to be delivered to me without any payment. I already paid them through gift coupon and wasted my phone money to explain that I need to pay Rs125 and not Rs393. Which was exactly written in printed english on the invoice.
