I bought an item on 15Oct2014 from infiBeam.com They mentioned that it will be deliver on or before 21st Oct 2014.Today it is 6Nov2014 , but still I didn’t received my order or money . I made many complain regarding this but they are telling that your order will be deliver in few days and ignoring my complain. Please help me .

I bought this book for exam preparation .But exam date is near by and I don’t have the book to prepare .I thought to buy from other sources but I couldn’t got the same book.
