The order was placed with M/s infibeam.com on 18-08-2014 for Micromax LED TV vide their order No. 13515243. Till date there is no trace of the product and customer care asks to provide a time of two days to revert back which they never do. Website under question says that the product has been handed over to M/s Aarya Logistics for delivery. When contacted M/s Aarya Logistics they fail to provide any useful information. I want my money Rs 14,267.00 back so that I can purchase the said TV thru alternate means.
