Dear Sir! On 26/06/2014, i was ordered for “sony 16GB MicroVault Compact Metal, black” in infibeam.com with order number 13250136. While placing the order, i gave some processing instructions in the specified area. Processing Instruction: 1. Please send through Speed post (India post) only. 2. We do not have other courier services., so send through India Speed post (www.indiapost.gov.in) only. They didn’t followed these instructions and sent via bookmypacket.com on 27/06/2014. But i didn’t received the product. So on 04/07/2014, i raised a complaint via my registered mail-id regards non delivery. And i requested to resend the item. To resend the item, they have receive the returned product (told by infibeam), so i requested for money refund. For this also they wish to wait till receive the returned product. They are not willing to refund the money till they receive the product back. They don’t know whether it comes back or not. And they don’t when the product will return back to them. Please help in this issue.
