Infibeam.com – Return product refund delay not taking action

Dear Sir/Madam, On 7th May 2015 i placed on order or Samsung DVD player at www.infibeam.com and paid Rs. 2349/- thru internet banking. On 11th May we got the product but on 12th May i put request for reverse pick up or return which has been completed on 21st May with lot of follow ups and requests. Now since 21st May i am not getting my money back from them while almost daily i am asking them to do so. They are not taking action except sending the standard mail that it is under the quality check and all so i request you to do the needful and forced them to return my money with interest now. The details which my be useful for you further is “Pick up details for return merchandise authorization with reference ID 29839”, “Order ID # 15672751”.

I want refund of my money with interest and penalty on Infibeam so that they can understand the value of time and money. Lets say total refund of around Rs. 5000/-.
