I’ve ordered a Blackberry Z10 from Infibeam on March 6, 2014 by order no 12747927 on EMI which was informed to be shipped on March 15, 2014. The same was delayed inordinately and I was sent a mail on March 27 saying the package will be shipped after April 9, 2014 after multiple queries to the customer support team. Finally my product has been shipped on 4th April, 2014 and since then I have received no update on the status of the package though I have used the tracking Id they have provided. I also contacted the team every day since April 6, 2014 and and the customer care never gave any satisfactory update or information regarding the same and has been very complacent about the issue. The customer support is non existent and nobody knows where the package is yet. I’ve contacted the logistical partner ‘book my packet’ too though never got any answer. I’ve kept the order alive with the company only because the customer care team guaranteed that the product will be delivered to my location, though they have backtracked and is not giving any proper responses and also left with no option of booking it in any other sites since I have already paid for it.
