I had order a HP laptop with order no 13583991 even after 3 weeks it is not delivered and the customer service i hopeless as the only reply that they give is they have forward the same to the concerned department and will get back to you . But the last part getting back to you never happens. Never ever make online payments for your products with infibeam because , first you will not receive the product and second their time to refund the money back to you card is about 20 days and you will have to run a lot to time and phone as many phone calls to get back the same only if you are lucky.
