I have ordered a book through order No. 07940260260 and paid in advance through online banking. But the company has not honoured the order and after repeated phone calls has found a [pretext after one month that the book has been delivered and are not turning up with any proof of Delivery or refund of the order dispatched via book my packet No. 9514xxxx

The cost of the book is Rs. 473/- I have to call then time and again Cot to be mentioned later and compensation on ground of fraud and false allegations like the book has been delivered as provided by law.
