I received DOMO nHance CM230B 3D Glasses on 9th Apr (Infibeam Order no.: 12902729), glasses were fauly, not working with my 3D LED TV, no proper 3D effect and cause eye strain. My 3D LED TV uses passive 3D glasses. I launched complaint on 11th Apr, made several calls, emails, launched complain online on portal, multiple types. They keep me on hold, talk to a team, which initially said, these are not active glasses and closed call. Then made me talk to Domo, who said they will send a person to check glasses, nothing happen and today conversation, they said DOMO says glasses are fine, how they can verify without checking glasses. I asked for Refund, as my complaint was 3rd day (within 7 days return policy), but nothing done. I am cheated and denied consumer right, also multiple followup was big harrassment. This company should be penalised for irresponsible behavior.
Refund of product. Also compensation for the wastage of my time and harrassing me and stop selling Domo products.
