I ordered a book Titled “INDIA 2014” with promocode “INDIA 2014” as offered by Infibeam which promissed to return 100 rupees as e-Wallet Balance in my Infibeam account on receipt of the book. I received the order on 6th March, but till now Infibeam has returned the money despite of my complain lodged on 10th March and 12th March with complain number 45621. Upon call to customer care they promise to resolve the issue but its in

Infibeam should immediately recharge my e-Wallet with 100 rupees with extra cost for the calls I made and some penalty should be imposed on service provider so that the same never repeat in future.
