I had ordered a camera in GOSF on 14th Decemeber. The order that I received was faulty. The company picked up the faulty product on 3rd January after continuous calls from my end. They are not despatching the correct product. I have called the customer services and wasted more than 500Rs. They are not even responding to mails. I have no other option left. My 8700 Rs are at stake and it means a lot to me.
I want my item to be delivered at my address which I got changed, since the person had relocated from the original address. I want the product to be delivered to the given address asap and also, for financial loss of 500Rs and mental torture, I need an appropriate sum of money from the company.
