I,Mohammed Abdul rahman have ordered 2 mobile phones 1)xolo q1000 opus 2)xolo q500s this above products have been ordered on 9th jan2014 by on-line on Infibeam website and the company has promise me to ship the products by 11th jan2014,and delivered by 15th jan 2014, but on 11th only 1 product has been shipped that is xolo q500s which was not delivered to me till date.and on 11th i have sent a mail to the company customer support but yet i have not got any reply, The other product i.e xolo q1000 opus wa not shipped till date and I, called to customer support many no.of times but they only delay saying “it will be shipped soon!!!” and also don’t respond properly, and now they have also reduce the price of the product
