I have placed an Order (Order No: 13003822)on 1-May-2014 and they provided shipping date as 15-May-2014. No product was shipped and neither there was any update on order tracking page of there website since 2nd May. After several times contacting the customer support number they made false commitments on shipping date and never fulfilled the same. Its more than 22 days now and there is no update or product received from them. When asked for number of the owner Mr. Vishal Mehta I received a call threatening call that he is very close to Mr. Narendra Modi and I will have to suffer severe consequences if I take any legal actions.They are threatening in name of PM for merely a order that they are unable to fulfill.

I would require them to refund my money i.e 15,321/- and pay me charges that I paid as salary to the maid for laundry sum of Rs 5000/- due to failure in delivering the Washing machine I ordered.
