Sir i had ordered a product no 12835228 samsung grand on 23 mar 14 and it was told that i would got my product within 7 days on COD.i planned my sheduled accordingly.today it is 20 days to placed my order and daily i am getting mail that your product will be shipped shortly .And still not shipped.I had promised someone to get that mobile but due to non delivery of item i was unable to do so.i want to take strict action against firm to misguide customer .

sir i want that company should give compensation in lieu of delayed shippment of product.and in respect of sending so many mails to company no action had taken to solve my problem yet
