Hi, I have purchased apple Iphone mobile with insurance on line from Infibeam under corporate program (Invoice BT-141028-442-004) order ID 13712784. The date of invoice is purchase is 28 October 2014. Last month the mobile got damaged badly in one of the incident. Hence I wrote email to Infibeam on date 23.03.2014 to claim insurance. 1. First they said that the insurance is not given to you. When I told them that Infibeam offer was with Insurance they replied that they will come back on this matter. It took 13 to 15 day for them to come back on what is action by them. During this period I was in continuously in touch with them on email & call. 2. One day a person from the Infibeam call me (Navin Joshi 8588875780) & said that we have forgot to Register your mobile insurance after purchase & agreed that they made mistake & now tell us how to do ahead. He gave offer of 50% cost sharing of repair or replacement. Which I denied & said it is Infibeam mistake & I will not share any cost & 100% cost needs to be given by Infibeam. After discussion with that person he said to get the cost of repair from Apple Authorised service provider & will pay the cost. 3. I gave my mobile to Apple Authorized service provider RSG Infotech Pvt ltd. As per RSG Infotech the mobile can not be repaired (permanent damage) as per apple policy they will replace it in Rs.22,500/- Same quote given to Infibeam. 4. After submission of this cost to them they took their time & replied on 14.04.2015 that they will share Rs.10,000/- & balance need to be shared by Me. Which I denied & asked 100% cost share by them. 5. After this email I called there person told it was discussed that Infibeam will pay 100%. He said please provide our A/c details we will do something. This was on date 14/04/2015. I provided A/C details at the same time & date to them. 6. On 16/04/2015 I got email from them saying that the email is transferred to concern department & give us time. After my follow up with them they reverted with no solution & told that they can not pay beyond Rs.10,000/- Where as the insurance terms & conditions are saying 100% payment. Now they are not responding to my emails.
I want my mobile replacement cost 100% & the compensation of additional Rs10000/- for the trouble & continues follow for the same. Since they made the mistake & I am suffering for that& the need to be funished.
