Details : I’ve ordered a LED TV from Infibeam on 4th Dec which supposed to be shipped by 8th and delivered to my address in chennai by 13th Dec as per their promise. The offer price was 57,700 when i bought which was increased later. I have waited till 10th and called the customer care for status , they told me that the product shipped from their warehouse and can be delivered in a weeks time , the same was updated in the site for tracking purpose . when i called them after two days to know the status as they didnt updated the status in the site . they told me that they are unable to track where the product is and can respond me back with the tracking number by the same day on 12 th. Till yesterday there was no response and when i called them they told me that still the product is in their warehouse . I asked them to cancel the product and refund for which they agreed. Surprisingly i received an e-mail stating that , they will cancel the product but i need to wait till the product return to their warehouse from the courier partner (FedEx). Once again i called today and asked the status , they are giving irrelevant answered every time.

i want to take action on these type of companies cheating people
