Order ID : 12387364 (RMA ID: 22101) Wrong Model supplied. “BSNL Penta IS701C” Tablet instead of “BSNL Penta IS701CX” Tablet. Product received was defective and not working. Service Centre refused to repair or replace the product. Product returned to Company in the month of August 2014. The company has not refunded the money till date.

Lot of Harassment. Lot of communication with the company. I remained without using the product which caused loss of work. Refund of my money Rs. 3680/- with interest @ 24% p.a. Compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- for harassment caused, time spent in lot of communication with the company and loss of work.
