Infibeam Shopping – Broken Toshiba Screen

I ordered Toshiba LED tv on 29th july Order no -13393558 and paid full amount to the company .I recieved product on 2nd august. When i opened it infront of courier guy i found the led screen broken. i called infibeam and they told to send the pictures of the product on mail and they said they will arrange for reverse pickup and after QC they will provide new one.But till that no picup done and waiting for their confirmation.they said we will revert in 24 to 48 hrs and already 10 days.My money is blocked and not even i can purchase new one unless they process the pickup. Order no -13393558

I want immediate refund of total amount charged by bank and compensation for misguiding providing damaged good so that i can buy new one or new tv to be shipped immediately and damaged one would be picked up.
