As per press notification in Mathrubhumi daily of 6.4.10 I contacted on phone 09716945790 Reena regarding aircel tower installation at my home roof/vacant land on rent and I was asked to remit Rs 6480 towards regn.charges in the name of ankush guptha in Account No.20031769866 in State bank of India and accordingly I paid the amount on 7.4.10 in State Bank of India. After that I received a letter by speed post from G R Communication Centre Pvt.Ltd, Vakil Building 115/48 2nd floor, KHB Colony, Vth Block Andheri MUmbai wherein an Agreement letter of aircel Company Pvt Ltd duly signed by the Managing Director was sent, asking me to contact on phone 09911093606. This call was attended to by Merin. In that agreement letter they had confirmed that my application has been accepted and wanted me to remit Rs 14900/- as Govt Tax under Telecom Act 1972 and informed that my premises will be surveyed by their specialist team within 72 hours. I remitted the amount Rs.14900 in HDFC Bank in the name of Manoj Kumar Account No.03031930001628 on 20.4.10. But after waiting for 15 days I enquired in the phone no.09911093606 about the inspection and they replied within a week or ten days their team will visit my home. Nowadays I am not getting this number and the reply is `switched off’. Kindly confirm whether it is true or cheating. If it is cheating kindly take appropriate action against the concerned and arrange to help me in getting refund of the amount.
