My name is Malay Bhupendra Shah and I am from ahmedabad. I have got composit licence bearing licence no. 203602.At present I am working for Max New York Life Ins. Co. Ltd. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. My agency Licence expried on 13th of August 2010 which is still not been renewed despite of
various efforts made since last two months. My agent code with Bajaj Allianz General
Insurance Co. Ltd. is 10007338.

I had submitted all the required documents in the month of March 2010 in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. and I got the Online Training Certificate in the month of April 2010, but still the information has not yet been updated by either by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. or by training institute. The company
had issued me the online training certificate from GURUKUL ONLINE LEARNING SOLUTIONS bearing Registration No. GOLS/OL/Gen/Baj/Ren/001157 whereby the training was held online at http://www.schoolofinsurance.in from 26/03/2010 to
02/04/2010, now the information about training completion had not been updated on the IRDA site. When I approach the Bajaj Allianz General Insurace Co., they said it was not our problem it was the training institute’s problem. The training institue (i.e. GURUUL ONLINE LEARNING SOLUTIONS) was of openion that we had not given the training to such candidate, but i was having tranining certificate’s copy so i submitted the copy at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. and they inreturn sent a soft copy of it by email to the training institute. But then again
the problem was not solved, So I really don’t understand what to do. I had also tried helpline numbers but again nobody was there to help me out.

So I sincerely request you to please look into the matter at your end and do the needful things at earliest and keep me informed.
