Myself Naresh Kumar, resident of I/5, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. I have purchased a R.O. (Invoice No.345 dated 07/07/2009) of Rs.9500/- on 07/07/2009 through agent Mr. Amit (Mob.No.0 9214644797) resident Malviya Nagar, Near Gaurav Tower, Jaipur and dealer Meera Enterprises, 404, 4th Floor, Sanjay Tower, N-7, Near Laxmi Mandir Cinema, Lal Kothi, Jaipur and his TIN No.08541761630. At the time of purchasing I had given to agent three cheques of Rs.8500/- and five month old one Pure It (Water Purifier) of Rs.1000/- (as verbally agreement between us). After two months of purchasing the R.O. has automatically work off because of internal problem in the system. The same defects has repeated after six month of purchasing. Both the times agent has replaced the defects parts of the R.O. Recently, R.O. system is leakaging the water through external side of the system. Whenever I call to agent he does not reply and does not given the proper service. I request him many times to exchange the RO system. But he did not consider my request. So, I have been very disturbed mentaly and also physically by the agent and dealer. Therefore, you are requested to take the action against him and give me the justice.
