This is to complaint regarding the most unprofessional and disgusting attitude of an international food chain. The staff over charged my debit card for one order (Transaction No. MEDR/DOMINOS PIZZ/40437/ and MEDR/DOMINOS PIZZ/50751/) for amount INR 932. When I brought this discrepancy to the notice of Restaurant staff, Mr. Nitesh & Mr. Anup Singh, no resolution was provided. Instead, me and my husband were forced to visit the outlet like any other government institution. Repeated calls, emails and requests fell on deaf ears. I need my refund for the access amount charged to me and strict action against the organisation for delaying the resolution.
