I deposited my intex acqua superb phone at intex technology authorized service center mentioned above in agra for repairing of some touch screen related issue on 18/04/2015.A receipt on a simple paper bearing seal of the firm of service center and mentioning phone sl no.(911307550293572) and amount to be charged (rs 1150/-) was issued to me and i was told that they will take maximum 1 week to repair the phone.on 20/04/2015 i received a sms from intex about receipt of phone for repairing and a job sheet no.(504205766056T001) Was also mentioned in it.after that whenever i tried to inquire about my phone i was told that the phone was pending for part.No proper response was given from customer care helpline even after various reminders over telephone and email.on 13/05/2015 i again received a sms from intex about receipt of phone for repairing and with a different job sheet no.( 505135766070T001 )And when i inquired about it , i was told that previously phone was returned from the company to the service center unpaired and service center again sent the phone to the company for repairing on 13/05/2015.But till the date my phone has not been repaired by them and it is told by service center that it is pending for part.the copy of receipt has been herewith.

I want my phone to be repaired by the company at the earliest or to provide me a new phone in lieu of that and i demand damages of rs.10000 for my mental and financial damage.
