I have purchased an iPhone 5s a year ago n got problem after 11 months 5 days which had display problem, which was not at all fault from my end and it was not external damage n they said its your damage after negotiation they agreed n finally replaced when I didn’t agree to pay at any cost after the replacement again with out any damage from my end even that is ended up the same problem after 5 months n even I had problem with my previous phone I.e. iPhone 4s without any damages from my end I paid got new one They are selling quality less products which are not worthy of ?53,500/-

I need to replace the damaged iPhone 5s with brand new qualitative phone or else let them replace only d defective part of d phone n get back the phone to me without any charges
