I registered for account and my ID is sundeepn. The mobile number i entered is 98484-98xxx. I forgot the password and hence requested IRCTC to deactivate the account so i can register new account. MY user id sundeepn is deactivated and so does my mobile number. I have requested IRCTC a numerous times to release my mobile no 98484-98xxx so i can register for new account with this mobile no. they are not releasing my Mobile no. This is against the policy of blocking one mobile nos when having fair usage.
With the entry of IRCTC mobile platform , i am not able to register for online mobile services and every time i have to run to computer for ticket reservation. With limited tickets on every train speed maters. This is resulting in wasting a lot of time and money trying to run to internet centres for tickets.
